If you are new to Whiskers to Tails Petsitting, we invite you to register in our scheduling system by clicking on the “Get a Quote” button in the top righthand corner of this page. Please note that short notice and/or holiday bookings are not guaranteed. Our new client process involves an in-home meeting with your pet sitter which takes time to set up. We require new clients to request services at least 3 days prior to the start of service. This way we have time to set up your pet’s profile and have a pet sitter meet with you in your home. We look forward to serving you!
If you have used our service in the past, then you are considered an existing client. Please do not re-register as a new client, as this will create a duplicate account.
Our system uses the best security standards available today
Security online is not about getting one thing right, it’s about employing best in class technologies and practices in everything you do. Our Client Portal uses a combination of measures to ensure our platform is safe to use.
Our secure system combines a 128 bit encryption that is the same level of encryption banks use and best in class credit card security from Stripe to provide an overall solution that is as safe as it is possible to be in the current technology landscape. Our software’s physical servers use a redundant system for backups and are located in a secure facility that has 24x7x365 manned security and is in what is considered a “Disaster Neutral Zone” of the United States (meaning there is a minimal probability of a natural disaster).
Gratuity / Tips
Tips are never required, but for a job well-done, tips are always appreciated! You may include them in your payment or leave cash. 100% of all tips go to your sitter.
