Jessalyn is AWESOME! She was very personable on the first in person visit and continues to be. She’s literally the first person to confidently tell our two cats apart- and they are 13 year old tabby sisters! To us, this means a lot and tells us that she is really in tune with our kitties personalities which is so rare for an ‘outsider’ 🙂 Jessalyn and your service allow us to get away even with two cats who have complicated medical and feeding needs. It is incredibly comforting to know that our cats are being well taken care of while we’re away! And the icing on the cake is that we can tell that they love Jessalyn! I love having Michelle and Vianna come care for our cat, Daisy. They make sure she gets everything she needs with feeding, playtime, brushing if she allows, watching for signs of illness, and cleaning the litter boxes. I get wonderful communication with them after they have seen her. I feel confident she is getting expert care when my husband and I leave on vacations. Second time I’ve used your services (the first in 2020, when I needed a petsitter for my very old cat while I had and recovered from spinal fusion surgery). Both times the petsitters were wonderful, making both my old and new cat feel loved and well taken care of. I appreciated their spending time loving the cats up and playing with them, in addition to the expected feeding, watering and litter box tasks. Also appreciated that they were willing to do extra “chores” to help the empty house look inhabited and that I got daily or even more than daily reports and pictures…all very cheerfully offered. They made me feel like they loved my quirky animals and helped to set my mind at ease so I could enjoy and concentrate on recuperating, or, in the second instance, vacationing. Thanks for all you do. Jessalyn was purrfect! Gave an excellent detailed account of her visit and duties. Loki was glad to have such a great human substitute. It was very reassuring each day to see the email come in. Michelle was very attentive to our cat’s needs and I also feel confident that she spent a good chunk of quality time with our cat, doing her best to interact with her and entice her to play (which our cat is reluctant to do with strangers/new people). Knowing that our cat had some real company for the duration of Michelle’s visit is important to me. Michelle’s communication with us was excellent, too!

I am always nervous to leave my pets in the care of someone else, but I feel very comfortable leaving them with pet sitter Christina. She goes above and beyond my expectations and takes great care of my cats and dogs. I receive lots of updates with pictures and she makes sure all 4 animals get individual attention. Both times she adjusted her last visit to make sure they could be fed dinner at their normal time, since I was getting home in the late evening. When I get home, all of their bowls are cleaned, the litter genie is emptied and the dog poop is picked up. The cost is very fair for the amount of care my pets receive. It can be tough to find care for 4 pets so I am glad I found Whiskers to Tails!

Michelle is an absolutely fabulous cat sitter. She truly loves my kitties and it shows in the attention she gives them. If I forget to leave out their brush, she asks where it is. If I forget to let her know, she always texts me to check that I’ve arrived home as expected – so she knows the cats won’t be left without care and food! All the sitters assigned to our kitties have been good – but we get really excited when Michelle is available!
