Did a great job. Send pictures and messages and the cats seemed to like our sitter. They were also very helpful in getting things set up on short notice. In our case one of the cats needed to take a pill orally twice each day and they were able to help with this without issue. Highly recommend.

If there were 100 stars to give I would. Don’t hesitate to trust this company and employees to take care of your beloved pets. Our caregiver Anne Z provided us with daily pictures and messages and we couldn’t have been more appreciative. Little Miss Ivy (kitty) received a lot of TLC from Anne. Will use again and again. Great customer service right from the beginning to the end. Very impressive agency.

We had never used a petsitter before needing one while we were out of town last week, and the other petsitting company we had wanted to use suddenly no longer offered service to south Minneapolis (hmm), so my husband and I were very lucky to find Whiskers to Tails. Grace was a wonderful caretaker to our two cats and parrot, and she didn’t bat an eyelash when our elderly cat had a medical emergency two days before we left town and ended up requiring extra care and medication while were were gone. Grace even managed to make friends with our scaredy-cat, who I really thought would spend the entire week hiding under the bed! We didn’t worry about them at all while we were gone, because we knew they were in safe hands. My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with how well everything went, and we will definitely be requesting Grace again the next time we go out of town.
