We have had a wonderful experience over the past two plus years with Whiskers to Tails Petsitting. It is very easy to request services and communication is smooth and prompt – especially when plans change at the last-minute. Our regular sitter, Claire, is amazing and our three cats love her. We have genuine peace of mind knowing that our furry and scaly family members are well cared for when we are out of town. Highly recommend!

I’ve had the pleasure of using Whiskers to Tails to watch over my two cats when I’m out of town for the past 4 years. Their professionalism, ease in scheduling and commitment to their clients is unparalleled. I always feel as though my cats (and house) are in good hands when I’m away. In fact, a couple of winters back, the Whiskers to Tails staff was invaluable when my furnace decided to stop working. With me being hundreds of miles away, they stayed and waited for the furnace team to come out and jump start things long enough until I could get back in town. Needless to say, Whiskers to Tails has a life-long customer!

I have used Whiskers to Tails over the years and they have been fantastic. Despite my sitters changing from time to time, Whiskers to Tails always has someone available to help out so I never have to stress about finding someone. Their staff are trained to follow my instructions very closely, giving me peace of mind when I am traveling out of town. The sitters constantly keep me updated and even send me videos and daily reports which let me know my furry friends are being taken care of.
I happily pay them over having a friend watch them because they do such a good and consistent job, I just know everything will be done properly while I’m away.

Amazing! The pet sitters at Whiskers to Tails Petsitting are fantastic! My cat is quite timid but they always spend time trying to coax him out from under the bed. They are so caring and are great at communicating during their visits – I appreciate the photos they send while I am away from home. The client portal they use is very easy to use for payment and requesting future services! I highly recommend Whiskers to Tails Petsitting!

We moved to the area last year and had to search for a new pet sitter. We have 3 cats and are were worried about what we would do when we travel. Whiskers to Tails is amazing. Claire came for a ‘home visit’ prior to our trip to meet our crew and take notes. She sends pictures at each visit (3 times each day) and follows our very detailed instructions including special feedings. She spends time playing with them as well. We know they are in good hands and the kitties love her. We have used multiple times and will continue to use. We could not recommend Whiskers to Tails more highly.

Whiskers to Tails gives me complete confidence to leave my two kitties in good hands. We have one primary sitter, Natalie) and one secondary sitter when she’s not available (Grace) who are both phenomenal. We have one cat who needs medication daily and not only are they able to give it to her, but they spend time with the cats with playing and petting. The house always looks great when we get home and the cats are calm. Special bonus is we get texts daily with pictures and an update on how they are doing so we can feel at ease. We will not use anyone else from now on!

Natalie has been a wonderful carer for my 2 cats over my vacations and work trips. They, even my crankiest of cranky beasts, love her! She sends updates and pictures regularly, which I appreciate. She also keeps an eye on the house, rotates lights, and takes care of mail and the like. I never worry when she’s taking care of the kitties while I’m away. Linda has been fantastic- she’s quick to respond and does her absolute best to arrange a sitter who’s cared for my pets before. Overall, this is a professional, reliable, experienced company, who I trust with my pets wholeheartedly. They are the best sitters I’ve had, hands down.

Working with Whiskers to Tails is such a pleasure! And, our pet sitter is absolutely fabulous. She understands our dogs and cats, remembers their likes and dislikes, and keep us informed with notes and photos when we are on vacation. Natalie has been our primary cat sitter for a while now. She is so amazing with our 2 cats. One cat requires medicine which is not easy to give, and she does a great job with her. What I love most is that you can just tell that they genuinely love working with animals, and treat them so well. We get wonderful messages and pictures sent to us each day, that let us know everything is fine at home. Choosing a pet sitter can be agonizing…a stranger in our home with our “babies” when we are far away. But we are 100% confident and comfortable with Whiskers to Tails. and plan to use the for many years to come!

I had a wonderful experience with Whiskers to Tails Pet Sitting and my sitter, Claire. I used to always board my cats when I went on vacation. After my most special needs cat recently passed away, I decided to try a home visit pet sitting service instead, and I’m so glad I did! The service was extremely easy to book—I set up the appointment online and all communication was very fast and timely. Their online portal made it very easy to create my pet profile listing my cat’s personality, feeding and litter box needs and any other notes you’d like to leave. It also made online payment really easy as well. Once I was matched with Claire, she came to meet my cat Orion and get the lay of the land. I could tell that she is an animal lover and felt comfortable leaving him in her care. While I was gone, I received daily text updates and multiple fun videos . It made me so happy to see how happy and relaxed Orion was. I never once worried about how he was doing because she kept me so well updated (including detailed updates on his litter box, which is important as he has had a urinary tract blockage due to crystals in the past, so making sure he is going regularly is critical to his health). One additional thing that is listed on their website is that they always have a sitter on call, and guarantee to never miss an appointment. This gave me additional peace of mind that no matter what my kitty would be taken care of. I thought their prices were very reasonable and Claire even watered the planters—they looked great when I returned after a week away. I was a little worried that maybe they would be more dog-centric but that was not the case at all. Orion was brushed, pampered, played with and generally treated like a king by someone who really knows and loves cats. I can see why Whiskers to Tails is so highly rated, and I have already recommended them to friends and coworkers.

What a wonderful experience working with Whiskers to Tails Petsitting! Not only did they take care of my kitties on at a busy holiday and on short notice (when no other company would), but the service was OUTSTANDING. I’ve never used a service like this and so I was kind of nervous. But working with them has completely eased any anxiety about pet sitting. I am only in Minnesota for the summer months, but I will definitely be using them again. I wish there were a company like this in my home town! They are professional, reliable, offer comprehensive care (long visits with brushing sessions, litter box scooping, treat and play sessions, and video / text blasts with visit notes), and the owners are SO kind and friendly. I travel frequently for work and have used this service about 5 times so far for cat sitting, and I am now a loyal customer. They have an online portal that makes it very easy to schedule visits, and the pet sitter I have gotten each time (Melissa) is absolutely fantastic. She even sends daily pictures of her playing with the cat! I can tell from the pictures that she takes great care of her, as my cat is shy, so a picture of her belly-up means she really trusts the sitter!
Maybe a little TMI, but my cat has some stomach issues, and they even update me on the condition of her poos. I really appreciate that attention and care – HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our Whiskers to Tails petsitting experience was first-rate. Our pet sitter clearly knew a lot about cats and lavished lots of care and affection on them. She texted us pics every day because our trip was a bit long, and I am a worrywart. This is the best pet-sitting experience we have ever had, and we have had a lot.

I have been using Whiskers to Tails going on 4 years- this service is fantastic!
Cat care included food/water, cleaning litter boxes, grooming and playtime.
Once or twice daily reports were texted so I could be kept up to speed with cat’s demeanor during my absence.
Monkey(19year old cat) really took to Linda- a real comfort to know kitty was in good caring hands.
Linda also watered my veg garden and made sure mail was taken in.
I have and will continue to sing the praises of Whiskers to Tails. This service was a godsend —-previously used other services that were less than professional and sometimes down right flaky.
Whiskers to Tails is the service to use if you want reliable, trustworthy, honest care for your furry family members.

I’ve been using Whiskers to Tails Pet sitting for about a year and I’m incredibly thankful I found them. Customer service is top notch and the dog walkers are incredible. I always get a little report on how the walk went and sometimes even a picture of my silly boy enjoying himself. I tell all my friends, family, and co-workers about the wonderful service I get and the comfort of knowing my big pup is getting a chance to stretch his legs while I’m away at work.
